symptom
For 64-bit systems, the Knowledge Script LocksAvailable does not correctly return an estimate of the number of available locks.

fix
The estimate for the maximum number of locks used in the computation is greater than the actual maximum number of locks. Consequently, the value returned for the estimate number of locks available will be larger than it should be for 64-bit systems.
