fix

For all DB2 UNIX knowledge scripts that return data with the exceptions of RunSQL, CPUMemUtil, AgentsEfficency, CapacityLoad and InstanceDown the DB2 instance or database must be actively in use in order for the DB2 UNIX module to return graph data.

If you see gaps in your graph data this means that there were no remote or local applications connected at the time that the knowledge script sampled the metric data for the instance or database.
