symptom
The AppManager GUI does not have a Sun ONE Secure Remote Access folder after Discovery has been run.
symptom

symptom
The result of the UNIX ?hostname? command at the monitored system returns a fully qualified host name
cause
The hostname command on the monitored host does not return the host's fully qualified host name accurately.
fix
At the monitored system, run hostname so that the host name will be set to the fully qualified host name (e.g. hostname raldtest7-210.raldev.netiq.dev. raldtest7-210.raldev.netiq.dev must be specified ? not just raldtest7-210). Ensure there are no typos or misspellings in the fully qualified host name. Re-run Discovery_SunONEPortalSvrUNIX (?Fully qualified host name? can be left blank).
