After running an Import in the Directory and Resource Administrator Reporting Tool several times, you may experience performance issues.  The performance of Microsoft Access may start being impacted.  In order to improve performance and repair the database, the following steps can be performed to compact the database:

1. Launch the Command Prompt on the machine on which the Reporting tool is installed.

2. From the installation directory (typically \Program files\NetIQ\DRA\Reporting) type the following:

   OaRept.exe /Compact

   The above command will compact and repair the OaRept.mdb and the SERVERNAME mdb files.

   Note: The following syntax will allow you to specify an MDB:

   OaRept.exe /Compact OaRept-server_name.mdb
