The McsAdminSvc_threads.txt file is created by the Directory and Resource Administrator server. It contains a line for each thread created by the server since the service was last restarted and, as time passes, could grow significantly, as there are many threads created by the service. The default location for this file, which is overwritten every time the service is restarted, is the temp directory in the profile of the service account used by MCS OnePoint Administration Server service.

The data contained by in this file is infrequently used by NetIQ Technical Support and can be deleted without consequence.
