symptom
An Action failed within the Task Suite and not other Actions were executed.
cause
When an action fails in a Task Suite, no other actions will run (specifically, if the actions are all against the same endpoint). This is due to possible dependencies on preceding tasks.
fix
An Enhancemnt Request has been submitted to Development to give the option in VSM to run all tasks even if one action fails. This request is being considered for a future release of VSM.

This is by design of VigilEnt Security Manager (VSM). If the 2nd or 3rd tasks depend on the 1st task to complete successfully and that first task fails, do not run the tasks that follow.
