cause
The error message is caused by a missing 'Slock.avi' file in the working directory of VigilEnt Database Security Manager for Oracle.

fix
To correct this issue copy the file from another desktop that has VigilEnt Database Security Manager for Oracle installed on it or reinstall the desktop executables from the original installation CD.
