The Web Console in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 6.x allows an Assistant Admin to add a user account to only one group at a time.  The Web Console in DRA 7.x includes the capability to select a user and add it to multiple groups in a single operation.  Assistant Admins can also type in the names of all groups (separating them by semi-colons) to which the user is to be added.

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in the Win32 GUI in a future version of Directory and Resource Administrator.
