symptom
The Microsoft Windows NT synch trigger option in VigilEnt User Manager does not work with VigilEnt Security Manager 3.0 SR2.

symptom
The trigger fires, but the password does not get propagated.

cause
VigilEnt Security Manager 3.0 SR2 is not compatible with the VigilEnt User Manager NT synch trigger. VigilEnt Security Manager made a change in 3.0 SR2 that "broke" the NT trigger functionality with VigilEnt User Manager 1.0.

fix
This is a known issue and has been corrected in VigilEnt User Manager 1.0 SP2a.
