The Date and Time columns blank when running the Authority Failures report in the VigilEnt Security Manager.

In version 5.3 PTF G1C00009 (with executable AS400APR2002Upgrade.exe) and version 5.4 PTF G1C01504 (with executable AS400APR2002Upgrade.ese) the blank date and time columns for the Authority Failures, Any Actions To User Profiles and Command Usage by User reports are resolved.
