Completed actions or reports require me to expand the nodes in the left-hand pane before the report data can be viewed.

cause
Because the Data Presenter has to present multiple report types, for example HTML, tab delimited, and XML,  VigilEnt Security Manager attempts to consolidate reports of the same type in the document view so they are displayed in the default view. However, when tab delimited reports are mixed with HTML and/or XML, the nodes must be selected specifically because they can only be displayed as separate views.
