How do I view completed tasks in VigilEnt Security Manager for users, without making that user a part of the administrators group?

If the VigilEnt Security Manager (VSM) user is not a part of the VSM Administrator's Role group, then they are only able to view a history list of the reports that were run by other VSM users, but are not able to view the actual report data.

The Data Available column indicates that the actual report data is still available in the database to the user that ran the task.
