Find the machine's IP address by adding a new server in VigilEnt Security Manager.  Enter the physical machine name in the Name field and click Lookup to find the machine's IP address. For the second agent, use the IP address of the physical machine as in the first agent, but change the Name and OS Type for the second agent.

note

Multiple agents can be added to one physical machine (e.g., machine_nt and machine_firewall). The servers' names must be different, but their IP addresses will be the same. The IP address will override the machine name.
