1. In Windows User Manager create a user account named VigilEntService.
2. Add the VigilEntService user to the VigilEnt_Users group on the BDC.
3. Go to Services and right-click on VigilEnt Core Services.
4. Select Properties.
5. Change "Log on as" to the Local System Account.
6. Stop and restart VigilEnt Core Services in Services Control Manager.
