symptom
VigilEnt Security Manager Security Checkup template is locked.

cause
The VigilEnt Security Manager application crashed while building a Security Checkup template which caused the template to be locked because it was not saved before the crash.

fix
  1. Unzip NETIQKB32143.zip which can be downloaded from https://download.netiq.com/kb/files/NETIQKB32143.zip to a local drive on each platform where a VigilEnt Database is installed.
  2. Double-click on Solution092302_DB.exe and follow the instructions for the database solution script.
