Synchronize Server Users report is leaving user names blank or omitting them.

cause
User names that contain non-alpha numeric characters will cause the report to omit those user names.

fix

This issue has been resolved in VigilEnt Security Manager 3.0 Service Release 2.  This patch is cumulative and can be downloaded from the NetIQ Support site or by clicking the link displayed below.
