symptom
Error: "com.pentasafe.win32.ntauditapi NoSuchMachineException(null) occurred during machine user enumeration".

cause
If the server has been redefined in VigilEnt Security Manager (such as from a Windows NT machine to a Linux machine) it will cause this error.

fix

Confirm that the machine is defined correctly in VigilEnt Security Manager. To resolve, change the server definition to the correct type.

To change the definition of a server in VigilEnt Security Manager:

1.  Find the server in the list of servers and right click on it and choose Properties.

2.  Select the proper OS type for the server by using the drop down arrow and making a selection.

3.  Change the Major and Minor Version appropriately for the OS type you have chosen.

4.  Click Apply.
