Error occurs with the "PwdMgr Error/Audit Log" report in VigilEnt Security Manager.

Error:  'Error occurred while Loading custom report definition: Specified report does not exist'.

There are four parameters available when running this report. If all four are selected this error will be produced by the VSM report called "PwdMgr Error/Audit Log".


There are two ways to successfully run this report. One is by using the "StartDate", "EndDate" and "Severity" parameters to create a new report. The second way is by using the "Report2Load" parameter by itself. The second way also requires a report name to have been pre-defined through the VigilEnt Password Manager console with the "Report" menu option.

1. Select the following report:  "Run Task\Oracle RDBMS\System\"PwdMgr Error/Audit Log".
2.  Click Next to setup the following report parameters: 

  • Option 1: Select StartDate, EndDate and Severity.
  • Option 2: Select Report2Load and enter the pre-defined report name.
