Error: "Task failed error creating GTUSReport java.lang.null pointer exception null."

The 'Group List' report fails when there is no entry for the Description of the group.

fix
This is resolved by downloading and applying the VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows 3.0 Service Pack 3, which can be downloaded from the following link.

This service pack corrects a sporadic issue, in which the Group List report will fail when there is no entry for the Description for the group.
