symptom
Unable to export Security Checkup Reports when running on a Terminal Server machine.

cause
The necessary files for Crystal were not in the correct folder for use with terminal services

fix
To resolve this issue, copy the contents of the WINNT\crystal (or Windows\Crystal) folder into the wtsrv\system32 folder.
