Error occurs during the VigilEnt Security Manager installation when attempting to run VSANT40DBUpgrade.exe.

Error: 'An error occurred authenticating to the VigilEnt database. The VSM 4.0 Update for VSANT 3.2 will now exit.'
cause
An SA password may have been entered when one does not actually exist. If an SA password does not exist and one is entered during installation, you will receive this error.
