Error: 'Error Creating GTUSRReport com.pentasafe.win32.ntauditapi.nosuchmachine exception(Null)'.

cause
The VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows is not started.

fix

To resolve this error, please start the agent by referring to the following steps:

  1. In VSM right-click the target Windows server.
  2. Select the Agent tab to determine what the IP address is of the agent being used to run the report.
  3. Navigate to Control Panel | Services on the machine hosting the agent and start the VigilEnt Security for Windows service.
  4. Re-run the report in VSM.
