cause
The VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows or Netiq VigilEnt Agent service has not been assigned sufficient permissions to complete the task. 

fix
To resolve this issue:

  1. Open Services from the Microsoft Windows Control Panel.

  2. Right-click the VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows or Netiq VigilEnt Agent service and select Properties.

  3. Select the Logon tab and specify a domain administrator account (recommended) as the Logon as account for this service.

  4. If the service is already being started with a domain administrator account, check the local Administrators group on the target server to confirm that the Domain Admins global group has been added to the local group. If it has not, add Domain Admins to the local Administrators group on the target server.
