To Disable PSEAdmin:

  1. Open SQL Enterprise Manager and go into the PSUsers table in the database.
  2. The first account ID in the table is 100 and is named "PSEAdmin".
  3. The "100" User ID value can not be deleted or modified, but the PSEAdmin account can be renamed to some other value. Ex. "hidden".
  4. Log into the VigilEnt Security Manager console using PSEAdmin and use the new account created, Ex. "hidden".
  5. Both login attempts should return a "user not authenticated" message but the other VigilEnt Security Manager account id's that have been created should still work correctly.
