Error is received when running VigilEnt Security Manager Core Services in console mode.

cause
This error usually means that the core.properties file has been incorrectly edited.

fix
Check the core.properties file found in Program files\Pentasafe\Core to be sure there is a valid encrypted password for the core.password file.
