The VigilEnt Security Manager (VSM) 4.0 software requirements are as follows.

VigilEnt Security Manager requires the following software to be installed on the VigilEnt Security Operations Center host computer:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or higher

VigilEnt Security Manager requires the following software to be installed on the VigilEnt Security Server and VigilEnt Database host computers:

  • Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 5 or higher or Windows 2000 with Service Pack 2 or higher


In addition, VigilEnt Security Manager requires the following software to be installed on the VigilEnt Database host computer:

  • Microsoft SQL Server 7 with Service Pack 3 or SQL Server 2000 SR-2
  • MDAC 2.6 or higher
