Error occurs when running a Create User task in VigilEnt Security Manager against a Windows machine.

symptom
Error:  'Task Execution Failed: PSUser: Create User( ) failed, Error = The password does not meet the password policy requirements error when I Create User task.'

cause
The Local Security Policy setting "passwords must meet complexity requirements" is set to Enabled.

fix
Applying the VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows 3.0 Service Pack 3 resolves this issue.  Download the update from the following location:  https://www.netiq.com/support/vsa/default.asp.
