symptom
Error: 'The procedure entry point_lc_collate_cp could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCRT.dll.'

cause
The MSVCRT.dll is not included with Microsoft Windows NT 4 nor with fresh installations of Microsoft Windows 2000. The MSVCRT.dll may get installed when installing Microsoft Outlook, Office, or Internet Explorer 5.5.

fix
Run the vcredist.exe file in the \IDS\Update directory. This will install the MSVCRT.dll.
