symptom
VigilEnt Engine service will not install when installing the VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows.

cause
If the file ATL.dll is not present or is not properly registered the VigilEnt Engine will not install.

fix

Copy the ATL.dll from another machine and put it in the WINNT\System32 folder. If the file is not registered it is necessary to register it by using the following command from a command line prompt:

C:\Winnt\System32\regsvr32.exe c:\Winnt\System32\ATL.dll /S
