fix
The Windows  Agent checks the config.nt file in the WINNT\SYSTEM32 directory as that is the only true spot to turn Posix and OS/2 off in Microsoft Windows NT/2000. There is a line in it that says REM DOSONLY. If REM is removed the line is DOSONLY and no POSIX or OS/2 programs will run from the command line.
