An encryption problem associated with the VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows Remote Deployment, along with the 'Weak Password' and 'User Without Password' reports, causes this issue.

When the VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows audits remote computers by proxy, VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows is unable to successfully decrypt the information sent from the remote computer for these reports.
