The HostAccess.reg file a VigilEnt Registry key.  To assign permissions to that key, the machine must be hosting the VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows.  Refer to the following steps:

1. Click Start | Run  and enter 'regedt32'.
   
2. Click Registry | Select Computer and select the target computer(s).
   
3. Navigate to:
   
•  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PENTASAFE\VSANT\HostAccess.reg
  
4. Select Security | Permissions to assign the appropriate permissions.
