VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows Detect alerts are received in the event log and in e-mail but not in VigilEnt Security Manager.

cause
The alert maximum setting in VigilEnt Security Manager is 40.

fix
In VigilEnt Security Manager | Alert | Options the maximum alerts setting is 40 by default. Change the alert maximum to unlimited, by selecting All Records.
