FOR VigilEnt SECURITY AGENT FOR WINDOWS VERSION 4.0 AND EARLIER
For Microsoft Windows NT:
- Go to Control Panel | Services.
- Locate the VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows service.
- Right click the service and select Properties.
- Select the button, This Account.
- Enter the User ID and Password of an account that has Domain Administrator Permissions within the correct domain.
- Stop and restart the service.
For Microsoft Windows 2000:
- Go to Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services.
- Locate the VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows service.
- Right click the service and select Properties.
- Go to the Logon tab and select the button, This Account.
- Enter the User ID and Password of an account that has Domain Administrator Permissions within the correct domain.
- Select the General tab, and then select the Restart button.
