This is a known issue in version 3.0 that is resolved in the 3.0 Service Release, which can be downloaded from the following link:

A workaround is to remove activeds.dll and adsldpc.dll from the remote installer directory (default=c:\program files\pentasafe\rinstall) to ensure that the system running the remote deployment tool is using the correct DLL's.
