How do I start the Agent for Windows service with an account that has proper permissions?

VIGILENT SECURITY AGENT FOR WINDOWS VERSION 4.0 OR EARLIER
- For Microsoft Windows NT:
Click Start | Settings | Control Panel | Services.
- Right-click on the VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows service and select Properties.
Click the This Account button.
Enter the User ID and Password of an account that has Domain Administrator permissions within the correct domain.
Stop and Start the service.
- For Microsoft Windows 2000:
Click Start | Settings | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services.
- Right-click on the VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows service and select Properties.
Click the Log On tab.
Click the This Account button.
Enter the User ID and Password of an account that has Domain Administrator permissions within the correct domain.
Click the General tab.
Click the Restart button.

Click the General tab.
