If you did not enter the license key for VigilEnt Security Agent for Microsoft SQL Server during the installation procedure, you may do so by performing the following steps:

  1. Create a text file named VSASQL.key.
  2. Copy and paste the license key string from your license key letter into the VSASQL.key file.
  3. Save VSASQL.key in your VigilEnt Security Agent for SQL Server home directory.  By default, the home directory is located in:
    • C:\Program Files\Pentsafe\VigilEnt Security Agent for Microsoft SQL Server
  4. Close and reopen the Audit Manager Console.
