symptom
Error:'Sybsystemdb is missing' when installing VigilEnt Security Agent for Sybase.

cause
In versions 11.9.2 and higher of Sybase, VSA for Sybase attempts to interact with the Sybsystemdb database. This database only exists in environments where database replication occurs. If a VSA for Sybase install is attempted within an environment that didn't have a Sybsystemdb database, an error is generated.

fix
To resolve this issue, install the latest version of VigilEnt Security Agent for Sybase.
