symptom
The jobs seem be related to Remote Request Management.

cause
In Remote Request Management 6.3 the 'ZRRM' subsystem and the 'ZRRM' jobs handle the updates of the 'Approved Entry' database file for Remote Request Management (RRM) transactions to improve I/O.  A job will start for each user using remote transactions that update the RRM file.

fix

Once Collection is ended, this subsystem may be ended. If Collection is resumed to capture Approved Entries, ZRRM will automatically start when an entry needs to be written to the Approved Entries file or if a Rejected Entry needs to written when the exit programs are secured and collection is turned off.
