You must first upgrade to version 5.3/6.3 before upgrading to version 5.4/7.0. A double upgrade is needed from 5.2/6.2 to 5.3/6.3 (with CUM PTF 1X01355), and then to 5.4/7.0 with that version's most current Service Pack (CUM PTF) . Before upgrading from 5.3/6.3 to 5.4/7.0, CUM PTF 1X01355 (AKA 02011) must be applied. 

If you have not set up any customization for 5.2/6.2, another option is to uninstall 5.2/6.2, and then complete a fresh install of 5.4/7.0 with that version's must current Service Pack (CUM PTF).
