Profile and Password Management (PPM)

Situation

Changes made to the user profile's description field are not being synchronized in Profile and Password Management.

Resolution

In Profile and Password Management when trying to synchronize profile changes to the description field of the user profile, remove the single quotes before and after the description that is typed.

This may only be an issue with UMP attempting to recall a profile from PPM Archive.  Not normal PPM synchronization.
