System Auditing and Reporting

The following reports will indicate the Primary and Supplemental groups a profile is a member of in System Auditing and Reporting:

 

  • Group Profiles and Their Users Profile Report

    This report lists all Primary Groups and the user profiles belonging to that group. It does not provide Supplemental Group information. 

To locate this report use the following steps from a Command Line:

  1. Select Type PSMENU, press Enter.
  2. Select Option 1 PSAudit, press Enter.
  3. Select Option 1 System Auditing and Reporting, press Enter.
  4. Select Option 8 User Profile Reports Menu, press Enter.
  5. Select Option 1 Group Profiles, press Enter

  • User Profiles Belonging to Multiple Groups (Supplemental Groups not = blanks)

    This report lists user profiles that contain supplemental groups. If a user profile belongs to a Primary group but not a Supplemental group, it is not listed on this report.

To locate this report use the following steps from a Command Line:

  1. Type PSMENU, press Enter.
  2. Select Option 1 PSAudit, press Enter.
  3. Select Option 1 System Auditing and Reporting, press Enter.
  4. Select Option 8 User Profile Reports Menu, press Enter.
  5. Select Option 20 User Profile Reports Menu 2, press Enter.
  6. Select Option 1 Profiles with Multiple Groups, press Enter.
