The 'Command Usage by Command' report will indicate who is holding the scheduled jobs.

The command must be audited for the report to produce the desired data.  To audit the command, perform the following steps:

  1. From a command line, type PSMENU and press Enter.
  2. Select Option 1 PSAudit and press Enter.
  3. Select Option 1 System Auditing and Reporting and press Enter.
  4. Select Option 7 System Setup and Defaults and press Enter.
  5. Select Option 10  Work With Object Auditing and press Enter.
  6. Press F6=Add to add a new 'Object to Audit'.
  7. Type HLDJOBSCDE in the Object Name field.
  8. Type QSYS  in the Object Library field.
  9. Type *CMD in the Object Type field and press Enter.
  10. Repeat steps 1 through 9 for each command you want to track.


After auditing is turned on for the desired objects, run the report following the steps below:

  1. From a command line, type PSMENU and press Enter.
  2. Select Option 1 PSAudit and press Enter.
  3. Select Option 1 System Auditing and Reporting and press Enter.
  4. Select Option 5 Security Reports Menu and press Enter.
  5. Select Option 3 User and Objects Report Menu and press Enter.
  6. Select Option 2 Command Usage by Command Report and press Enter.
  7. Specify HLDJOBSCDE in the *ALL/Command field of the PSAudit Submittal Window.
  8. Complete the remaining parameters as necessary, and press Enter.
