This screen is accessed in System Auditing and Reporting by selecting Option 8 Summary Reports, Option 10 Audit and Authority Configuration, and Option 2 Rules and Exceptions.
cause
The indicator that there is more information available may be an error. PTFs 1A00145 (for 5.3) and 1A01546 (for 5.4) resolve the issue. The indicator at the lower right portion of the screen will indicate 'more' only when additional information is actually available.
