Error indicates the data area, PSALIB, is locked.

symptom
The error occurs during AS/400 back ups.

symptom
The AS/400 back up process is interrupted.

cause
Having subsystem, ZQSBS (SQL/QRY monitor), active will produce the message that data area PSALIB is locked.

fix
Check to be sure that the subsystems are not active during the back up, or remove the PentaSafe or NetIQ libraries from the back up process.
