symptom
The Profiles Not Signed On in X Days report in System Auditing and Reporting returns different data through the Configuration Wizard.

cause
When the report is scheduled through the Configuration Wizard the number of days that it is run against defaults to 180 days. 

fix
If the report is scheduled through the Submittal Window with anything other than 180 days for the "In xx number of days" field, then the report will return different information.
