symptom
A profile swap occurs by program AACL41 to QSECOFR when running the File Authority report in System Auditing and Reporting.

cause
When running AAFILEAUT, which is the File Authority report, it requires that program AACL41 execute a profile swap to QSECOFR in order to retrieve the data for the report.

fix
This is by design of the product.
