Error: 'Invalid OUTQ' when trying to submit a report from the submittal window in System Auditing and Reporting.

fix
The 'OUTQ' needs to be in a library that is the library list established when entering the VigilEnt Products.  It is recommended that the outqueue reside in a common library such as 'QGPL' or 'QUSRSYS'.  These libraries are maintained in the library list within the VigilEnt product.
