fix
The compare value must be specified in upper case. The filter query definition line should read:

To access the filtering feature for any SAR report, do the following from the Report Submittal Window:
- Press F9=Filter.
- Press F6=Add New Filter.
- Enter a Filter Name and a Description in the fields provided, and press Enter.
- Select Option 2=Update next to the newly created filter, and press Enter.
- Press F4=Select Fields and place an X next to the field (in this case CPONAM) to be filtered, and press Enter.
- Type the Operator Value and Value as noted above, and press Enter. Then press F12 to return to list of filters.
- Press F12 again to return to the Report Submittal Window.
- Type the name of your newly created filter in the Filter Name field and run the report as normal.
