symptom
Data is not received when running the 'Command Usage by User' report for a specific user in System Auditing and Reporting.

cause
The user action auditing parameter of the user profile must specify *CMD.

fix

The AUDLVL parameter value can be changed using the CHGUSRAUD command.  Please refer to the following:

  1. At a command line type CHGUSRAUD and press F4 to prompt.
  2. Indicate the User Profile you want to see on the report in the 'User Profile' field.
     
  3. Type *CMD in the 'User action auditing' field and press Enter.  The value will now be changed.
